Registered Care Manager
£22,500 – £25,000 + bonus
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Care Manager to join an expanding domiciliary care service based in Kidderminster.
The role is based in a busy domiciliary agency which offers home based support services in the Worcestershire region. The owner of the business is very hands on and looks after the recruitment, business development and finances and she is looking for a candidate can take full control of the care management side of the business. Main duties will include:
- Management of the care provision
- Building relationships with service users
- Management of the care staff team including supervisions and appraisals
- Ensuring all CQC policies and procedures are adhered to
- Day to day office management
You will be an experienced Care Manager or a Deputy looking to step up to your first role. You will have a background in domiciliary care and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. You will have experience of people performance management with a firm but fair approach. You must be a car driver with your own transport. You must hold QCF Level 5 Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification
