I am looking for an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to join my client for a service they are looking to open in the Worcester area.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to increase with length of service), performance related bonus and ongoing opportunities to progress in the future.
This role is available due to expansion within the business and the successful Manager will be heavily involved in establishing this new service.
As this is a new provision, you will be involved with selecting the location for the home, completing registration with OFSTED, recruiting a staff team and working with the Operations Director to secure placements for the home.
This company support young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties and this home will very much support this same client group.
– Level 5 Diploma in Management or equivalent (NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care – Children)
– Proven experience of working within and managing a children’s residential home
– Excellent knowledge of OFSTED requirements and current legislations
*A Full UK Driving License with access to your own transport is ESSENTIAL for this role
