We are currently recruiting for a Registered Children’s Home Manager for a highly respected children’s care provider in Reading.
The small home caters for children with complex and challenging behaviour and they are looking for a dedicated and passionate manager with the experience needed to run this home successfully.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
–To then be responsible for the management and day to day running of the home, including staffing, the weekly budget and the resources.
–Ensuring that the care provided is of the highest standard in relation to the children’s physical, behavioural and emotional needs.
– Consistently work within OFSTED guidelines in order to promote a safe environment for all young people
– Will ideally be a CQC Registered Manager
– Will hold NVQ L4/equivalent or be working towards this.
–Will have had a minimum of two years’ experience of working with children in a challenging environment in a senior post such as a deputy manager or a managerial role.
A Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential for this position
