I am currently working on the behalf of a growing organisation that is looking to recruit Manager’s for various services across the South West. They are looking for the Manager’s to either run one of their existing homes, or to be part of commissioning a new service. The company provide care and support to young people with EBD, learning disabilities, sexual exploitation and other trauma.
As the Registered Manager, you will lead and manage a team and ensure exceptional care is provided to the residents. You will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the home following the companies’ policies and procedures, Ofsted requirements and the local authorities’ expectations.
- To qualify for the role you will need:
- NVQ Level 4 Management, NVQ 4 Care or QCF Level 5
- Experience within a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A ‘can do’ attitude with motivation to achieve excellence
