A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Home Manager to join a well-established company taking over the management of a 21 bed Residential Care Home just outside of Rothbury, Northumberland.
The role is for an experienced Home Manager to become to Registered Manager of a residential home for adult who may have learning disabilities, physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries, some of whom present challenging behaviour.
In the role, the Registered Manager will be responsible for the running of the home, ensuring that it meets the requirements of CQC.
The successful candidate for the Registered Home Manager role will:
- Have at least 2 years experience at Deputy Manager or Home Manager level.
- Hold a management or care Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a wide range of areas – e.g. neuro-disability, physical disability, mental health, learning disability, older people
- Ability to participate in an on call rota.

They are offering a competitive package dependant on experience and qualifications, with a minimum salary of £29,000.
