Registered Manager Social Care
Salary: Up to £55k per annum + Bonus
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager for a Medium sized care home based in Bromley working for an established care provider.
This is a new position which has been created to accommodate our client’s organic growth. The role will be very Business Development focused.
· Management of all non clinical staff
· Increasing and maintaining occupancy of the home
· Quality and compliance
· Raising corporate awareness through marketing and networking activities.
· Budgeting and Forecasting
· Developing new relationships with health care professionals, local business contacts and the wider community.
· Generating referrals and sales from relationships developed.
· Support with maintaining existing relationships
· Supporting business development and marketing activities.
· We are looking for an MBA graduate or dynamic professional with an understanding of the social care sector, the drive to continually exceed targets and consistently over deliver.
· Preferably you will be degree qualified with a proven track record in business development.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
· Ideally you will hold an NVQ 4, Diploma Level 5 or RMA in Health and Social Care
Ideally you will experience have working within a similar social care environment.
