We are currently recruiting for a client who is looking for a Registered Manager to manage their lovely residential home in the Northallerton area.
The small home caters for adults with Learning Disabilities, in particular for individuals with autism and challenging behaviour.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to be part of a forward thinking company with person centred values. You will be well supported within your role and as well as the competitive salary on offer there is a bonus scheme.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
–Taking full responsibility of running the home.
–Ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are fully and consistently implemented.
–Recruiting and training of staff in order to develop the workforce to meet requirements.
–Ensuring that care plans are being effectively communicated to care workers and that workers understand their responsibilities and duties.
–Taking effective action to address areas of dissatisfaction or poor performance.
– Must have had experience as a Registered Manager.
– Must have had prior experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities.
–Must have a L4 qualification or equivalent.
–Must show leadership potential and be patient and personable.
–A Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential for this position
