I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a small domiciliary care company in York.
This business has been created, and is currently overseen and managed, by the Managing Director who herself has a solid background of working within social care and is a qualified social worker.
Once a new Manager is appointed, the view is for the MD to take a step back to focus on other areas of the business.
Alongside your basic salary, you will be rewarded with benefits to include; fuel allowance, pension, cash plan, paid overtime and discounts off a local hair and beauty salon.
*A Full UK Driving License with access to a car is ESSENTIAL for this role as frequent travel will be required
You will be responsible for taking over the management of this branch, overseeing the daily operations and directly line managing the staff team. Other duties will include, but are not limited too;
- Ensure the branch is consistently compliant with CQC
- Identify areas to grow the business
- Recruitment of additional team members (where required)
- Ideally qualitied to Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Health and Social Care)
- Experience of working in domiciliary care
