We’re looking for a talented Registered Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of managing a service that supports adults with learning disabilities.

Please note: In this position you’ll be required to work at weekends and work shifts in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.
The Role:
As the Registered Manager you’ll report to the Area Manager and will be primarily responsible for the day to day running of 6 bedded care home specialising in the care of adults with learning disabilities.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Ensuring the home runs safely and effectively
– Ensuring the rota’s are working effectively
– Writing care plans, carrying out risk assessments and implementing support plans
– Running the projects, policies and procedures, including all the finance and administration

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Registered Manager role will have relevant experience of managing a service that supports adults with learning disabilities.
You’ll also need experience of working within best practice guidelines to ensure excellent standards of care.
Plus, it’s vital that you’ve got experience of effectively managing a team.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess a NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Careand experience of adhering to CQC standards.
You’ll also need to be the following:
– An effective communicator
– An effective leader
– Effective at working under pressure

The Package:
Basic salary: £29,000 – £29,500 per annum depending on experience
Car allowance of £3,600 a year
