This established residential care agency is looking to recruit a Care Home Manager for one of their four care homes based in Lancashire. This post offers a competitive salary and additional benefits such as 5.6 weeks annual leave.
Your main objective is to provide management and leadership across your designated provisions ensuring that excellent care standards are maintained throughout.
Your duties will include:
– Ensure service users are assessed regularly and high standards of support are delivered
– Regularly meet with support teams to assess their abilities and ensure that excellent care standards are maintained
– Ensure each support meets the requirements of Supporting People, CQC and that they adhere to the safeguarding processes
– Assisting the general managers with marketing campaigns of the home
You will have management experience and have gained an NVQ 4, RMA or equivalent qualification. You will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to develop services to their maximum potential.
