We’re looking for a talented Home Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of managing an elderly residential home that also offers nursing.

Please note: In this position you’ll be required to work some weekends and occasionally work some shifts in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.
As the Home Manager you’ll report to the Regional Manager and will be primarily responsible for the overall management of an elderly care home.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Managing staff
– Ensuring the safety of all service users
– Conducting audits and supervisions
The ideal candidate for this Home Manager role will have relevant experience of managing an elderly residential home that also offers nursing. You’ll also need experience of lifting a home by increasing activities and occupancy levels.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess a NVQ level 5 in care.
