An exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a purpose-built children’s home specialising in social, emotional, and mental health needs, based in Rugby. Excellent salary and benefits package of £43K to £47K, £1K attendance reward, up to 30% bonus, 7 weeks annual leave, and health care schemes to name a few.
The organisation is committed to providing bespoke therapeutic support to young people with complex mental health, EBD, associated learning difficulties and/or challenging behaviours.
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the:
- Recruitment process from hiring, supervising, appraisals, staffing structures Inc. rotas
- Referral process
- Financial budgets
- Home operations in line with children’s legislation and the companies’ policies and procedures
- Promotion of a positive, unconditional caring environment
The successful Registered Manager will have:
- The ability to demonstrate significant experience within a managerial capacity plus relevant qualifications.
- Experience of working with children and young people with social and emotional needs.
- Awareness of the needs and rights of children and young people in care and acting as an advocate for children and young people.
