Domiciliary Care Manager
Domiciliary Care Provision
Location: Central London
We are currently looking for Domiciliary Care Manager to develop a small charitable homecare provision based in Central London.
You will be managing a small home care Service based in Central London providing care throughout the borough. The company are charitable organisations, who provide high calibre care to various vulnerable people in the community including elderly, mental health and learning disabilities.
There are many duties that come under title of Domiciliary Care Manager including:
- Responsible for all staff – to plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff
- Ensure all staff receive supervision and appraisals
- Actively participate in the growth and development of the business
- Maintain administrative systems
- Recruit, select and effectively supervise staff team
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities
You will be an experienced manager within the social care sector; you must come from a domiciliary back ground with history of performing within a similar role. You must hold a relevant management qualification within care (RMA/LMCS) and be dedicated to exceed care standards.
