Dual Registered Elderly Care home
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to work at a medium sized care home for the elderly, based in Sheffield.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Registered Manager will be responsible for the care of the residents. The successful candidate will monitor performance of all staff, ensuring standards are maintained and exceeded. You will also be responsible for marketing the home within the local community, maximising occupancy, managing budgets, payroll and rotas.
The home is currently underperforming and will require a strong manager in post to ensure that all CQC standards are met / exceeded before their next inspection.
The home belongs to a independent, award winning care group who specialises in care for elderly service users. The home is situated in 3 acres of land not far from Sheffield.
Previous experience of management within a Care Home or similar environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably be RGN/RMN qualified (not essential)
