We’re looking for a talented Registered Manager to work for our client.

Reporting to the Managing Directors and based in the company’s Norwich office, as the Registered Manager you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day smooth of a growing domiciliary care service by completing your managerial duties to a high standard. You will be tasked with overseeing and completing, risks assessments, care plans, audits, recruitment of new staff etc. You will be the voice and the face of the business to our customers and other health care professional therefore a personable character with require for this role.
There is a strong sense of support in this role as you will be working in partnership with; care coordinators, Field Care Supervisors and Senior Carers to ensure that the service is ran at a high standard.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
- Staff management
- Conducting supervisions and disciplinary meetings
- Dealing with safeguarding matters and CQC notification
The standard working hours for this position are 8:30am – 5pm.
You will hold the on-call phone one day out of the week.
The ideal candidate for this Registered Manager role will have relevant experience of competently managing a successful domiciliary care service. This may be in a deputy role for a medium to large sized branch where you held a high level of responsibility.
You’ll also need experience of working to a high management standard that enables a care service to meet or exceed the CQC standards.
Plus, it’s vital that you’ve got experience of being abreast with all the relevant legislations that applies to our service users, members of staff and to the service itself.
In addition, you’ll need the following:
- Have or is in the process a NVQ level 4 or 5 in health and social care
- Excellent communication skills, written, oral & numeracy
You must be an understanding and trustworthy person that values confidentiality

Basic salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
