We’re looking for a talented Registered Manager to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of working to a high management standard that enables a domiciliary service to meet or exceed the CQC standards.

The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director and based in the company’s Bourne End office, as the Registered Manager you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all aspects of a domiciliary care service run smoothly and effectively. As the Registered Manager working in partnership with a strong office and field team to ensure that; the customers and their families are happy with the care that is provided, all compliance tasks such as record taking and audits are completed to a high standard, the service is ran under the guidance of CQC regulations.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

  • Managing all aspect of customer satisfaction
  • Using your skills to have a direct impact on company growth
  • Ensuring that new and existing staff members remains highly trained to provide the best possible standard of care

The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Registered Manager role will have relevant experience of working to a high management standard that enables a domiciliary service to meet or exceed the CQC standards.
You’ll also need experience of competently managing a moderately sized team of Health and Social Care staff.

Plus, it’s vital that you’ve got experience of attending to safeguarding matters with a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality.

In addition, you’ll need a NVQ level 3 or above in Health and Social Care and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

  • Flexible and reliable to participate in on call rotas, which is roughly 1 week in 9
  • Self-motivated, flexible, caring, and organised
  • Self-motivated and driven

The Package:
Basic salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum
Bonus: based on growth of the business
