The Role:
In the Registered Manager role, you will be primarily responsible for the day to day running of a brand-new domiciliary care service the company’s Coventry office. You will work closely with the Director to build and grow the service from the ground up, treating it as your own and putting your stamp on it. You will be the foundation of this business and use your impressive knowledge to guide it to success.
Specific tasks include:
Managing the staff team
Ensuring policies and procedures are up to date
Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centred way
Contributing to the strategic planning and development of the company
Actively marketing the business expand the company
The standard working hours for this job are 9am to 5pm.
The Candidate:
To be the right person for Registered Manager role you will need direct experience of managing a domiciliary branch.
It’s also essential that you’ve got experience of maintaining great relationships with commissioners and other professionals that may directly impact the growth of the service through referrals and recommendations.
It’s important that you also have the following:
Level 4 or above in Health and Social Care leadership and management or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, written & oral
At least 1 years managerial experience in domiciliary care

The Package:
The basic salary for the Registered Manager role is up to £36000 annum.
