Care Home (Dementia and Learning Disabilities)
Located near Bridlington, East Riding
Monday to Friday (flexible)
Working for a well-established company that specialise in residential, extra care and homecare throughout the East Riding area
We have a brand new role working with a well-established dementia and learning disability residential home. The main remit of the role is to manage the residential care services and to facilitate the delivery of high quality care.
- To be responsible for the day to day running of the home
- To manage the home to achieve the best possible outcomes for all residents
- To develop, promote and maintain high standards of care and best practice
- To ensure CQC compliance
- To be an ambassador for the home promoting its marketing services
- To ensure the home remains financially viable
- To grow the relationships between staff, clients, their family and friends.
The successful person for this role must have worked in a residential setting and have an understanding of the Behavioural Competency Framework. You must have your NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification to that level. You must have experience in managing a home and working with people with dementia or learning disabilities.
