We’re looking for a talented Registered Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of the overall management of a domiciliary care service.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and based in the company’s Stroud office, as the Registered Manager you will be primarily responsible for working in partnership with your team of office and field based staff to ensure that the service is ran smoothly and effectively. You will be task with ensuring the service users are cared for in a person centred way. This role does require you liaise with local authority to bring new packaging in for the business to directly impact its sustainability.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
- Effectively dealing with safeguarding matters
- Ensuring that the service operates at a standard that meets or exceed CQC standards
- Managing emergencies
The standard working hours for this position are 9am to 5pm.
The ideal candidate for this Registered Manager role will have relevant experience of the overall management of a domiciliary care service.
You’ll also need experience of completing audits and compliance duties in a care setting.
Plus, it’s vital that you’ve got experience of liaising with local authorities and commissioners.
In addition, you’ll need the following:
- A NVQ level 4 or above in Health and Social Care
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in a domiciliary care setting
- A good understanding of the 5 CQC standards

- A organised person that is able to manage your own work load
- Able to understand and meet the needs of your clients

Basic salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum
