A fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager / Business Development Manager who is ambitious, commercially astute and looking to progress their career.
My client is looking for someone to be the Registered Manager of a 5 bedded residential care home for young adults aged 16-25 who have learning difficulties, ASD or a mental health diagnosis. In addition to this my client is looking for someone who has a proven track record of developing and growing a business and wants to take their career forward. As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for developing the current service therefore creating a need for a Regional Manager, which the Registered Manager could progress into.
At present the current Deputy Manager is acting up and running the home to an outstanding standard. Therefore, the new Registered Manager/ Business Development Manager would have the time to concentrate on business development and networking.
The successful candidate for the Registered Manager / Business Development Manager role will:
- Have experience of working in social care.
- Have excellent networking and business development skills.
- Confident, independent and ambitious.
- Have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
- Previous experience of working with CQC or being a Registered Manager is desirable, not essential.
Our client have been established for 10 years, providing residential care to children and young adults, working closely along side their in house clinical team. There is also a residential school for ASD and LD and plans to open a Tier 4 service for young adults.
Our client is a fairly small company who have some exciting plans over the next 12 months to grow, hence the reason for the vacancy. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are a Registered Manager / Business Development Manager and are looking for that next step up to Regional Manager level.
The successful Registered Manager / Business Development Manager will be offered a salary of up to £36,000 with 23 days holiday, plus the 8 statutory days.
There is scope for this manager to progress into a regional manager role and for significant salary increase.
