Registered Manager / Compliance Officer – Complex Community Rehabilitation Service
Supporting people with acquired brain, spinal or neurological injuries in the community
Location: Wirral – Covering the North West
Salay: £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience

The Role;
As the Registered Manager you will be the responsible individual, ensuring that all requirement of the Health and Social Care Act are met as well as providing an exemplary services to all clients. It is the responsibility of the Registered Manager to ensure that the service provided is responsive to the needs and the preference of the service users and their families, furthermore ensuring that all contractual and regulatory requirements are met in full and that all national minimum standards are exceeded. The Registered Manager is office based Monday to Friday on a 35 hour contract, providing support and guidance to staff throughout the organisation.

The Person;
As the Registered Manager you will need a minimum qualification of NVQ 4 Care or equivalent and have worked as a Registered Manager before previously. It is preferrable that you have an understanding of Rehabilitation, Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Injuries and Neurological Injuries previously. Due to the nature of the role it would be desirable that people have managed a community care and or rehabilitation care service before and have a thorough understanding of CQC standards and a proven track record of exceeding these standards. All candidates must have a license and access to their own vehicle.

The Client;
Our client is an excellent provider of support and care to both adults and children who have acquired complex multiple problems and disabilities either in their own homes, supported accommodation or other community settings. Our client has met and exceeded all CQC standards with no action for improvements required within the service. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive, expanding team of health and social care professionals, using and developing all of your skills with encouragement to develop your specialist practice.
