I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join my client to help set up and established a brand-new branch in the Lincoln area.

This is working for an existing organisation who already have a strong network of domiciliary care branches throughout the UK.

As well as a basic salary up to £34,000, the appointed Manager will be rewarded with; performance related bonus, 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays), company pension scheme, structured career progression, a comprehensive training program and much more.

*A Full UK Driving License with access to a car is ESSENTIAL for this role

The Position:
As this is a new location and office, you will be involved in everything from the refurb of the premises to recruiting a staff team and securing new contracts.

You will work closely with the senior management team to help establish the branch and market the brand in the local area. This company predominately support private clients so using new and unique initiatives to attract clients will be essential.

The Person:
– Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care with willingness to work towards Level 5 (if not already held)
– A background of working in a similar role i.e. domiciliary care management
– Good knowledge and understanding of CQC
