Registered Manager (Domiciliary)
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (occasional weekends)
A fantastic opportunity is available to work for an expanding domiciliary service specialising in learning disabilities. This company is a market leader in the area and are fully compliant with CQC.
The main remit is to manage new and existing contracts whilst ensuring quality of care is not compromised.
To maintain staff retention and work with HR on new recruits
To work closely with the Operations Director on recently won contracts
To ensure all supervisions are completed as required
To take responsibility to plan, promote and develop the service
To monitor the quality of service as directed by the quality monitoring programme
To ensure all systems are updated regularly
To take part in the out of hours service every 8 weeks
We are looking for someone who has NVQ Level 4/5, RMA or equivalent and has a proven track managing a busy domiciliary service. You will need to currently be registered with CQC. It is essential that you have experience of working within a learning disability setting . The successful person must have professional and proactive management skills. The working hours are Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and on call shifts. Full driving licence and your own vehicle is essential for this position.
