I’m currently looking to recruit for an experienced Registered Manager to take up a post in a very busy domiciliary care office, in Cheshire. You’ll be responsible for managing a large staff team that look after nearly 400 clients. You’ll be registered with CQC and key to ensuring the day to day operations of the service run smoothly.
The Role
As the Registered Manager / Domiciliary Care Manager you’ll be responsible for a team of service managers and care coordinators across 2 offices. You’ll be ensuring that all clients receive a high-quality care provision through the monitoring and auditing of the services with a remit including:
-You’ll be ensuring that the service is meeting CQC standards
-You’ll work with the local authority to ensure that the contract is being fulfilled and to maximise business
-You’ll be responsible for recruitment, retention and appraisal of staff
The Successful Candidate
Due to the size of this service it is imperative that you have worked as a Registered Manager / Domiciliary Care Manager before. You’ll need:
-to have worked in domiciliary care previously
-to be qualified to NVQ level 4 / QCF level 5 / RMA
-to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the CQC standards and current legislation
-excellent organisational and time-management skills
-to be a driver with your own vehicle
