We are currently recruiting for a highly respected client who is looking for a Registered Manager to manage their well-established supported living services in Kent.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
–Taking full responsibility of running 8 supported living services that cater for service users with learning disabilities.
–Ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are fully and consistently implemented.
–Recruiting and training of staff in order to develop the workforce to meet requirements.
–Ensuring that care plans are being effectively communicated to care workers and that workers understand their responsibilities and duties.
–Taking effective action to address areas of dissatisfaction or poor performance.
– Must be a Registered Manager.
–Must have at least 3 years of experience of being a Registered Manager.
–Must have a L5 qualification or equivalent.
–Must show leadership potential and be patient and personable.
–Will desirably have experience of working with services users that have Learning disabilities.
–A Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential for this position. For the majority of the time you will be based at one location but will be required to attend service visits when required.
