We’re looking for a talented Registered Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of supporting people with learning disabilities.

Please note: In this position you’ll occasionally be required to work at weekends. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.
The Role:
The Registered Manager role is field-based. Reporting to the Owner and covering the Chester region, you will be primarily responsible for jointly managing a domiciliary service supporting 100 people throughout Northwich, Wrexham, Chester and Ellesmere Port.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Managing 6 Care Managers
– Managing compliance
– Dealing with all health and safety issues
– Maintaining good contacts with local authorities and partners
– Building a good relationship with the family
– Working closely with CQC to ensure compliance
The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Registered Manager role will have relevant experience of supporting people with learning disabilities. You’ll also need experience of managing a service, ideally domiciliary care or community care.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess a level 5 NVQ in leadership and management.

The Package:
Basic salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum depending on experience
Additional benefits: 28 days holiday and pension
