Domiciliary Care – Warrington
Circa £25,000 – £28,000 per annum + Bonus
Full UK driving licence essential
My client are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to manage their existing domiciliary care service in Warrington. The branch is fully operational and operating at circa 1500 hours of care per week. The position is with a leading, reputable home care company who specialise in high quality delivery of care to a wide range of service user’s throughout the North West area.
The position will be a fast paced managerial post, working for a reputable company in Warrington. The role will be managing domiciliary care branch that is currently operating at 1500 hours of care delivery a week, ranging from local authority contracts and some private clients. You will have excellent Domiciliary Care Management experience and be able to provide evidence of successful business development in previous roles. Other duties will include;
• Ensuring the branch maintains the levels of high quality and compliance
• Implementing and working in line with policies and procedures
• Assessing care needs of new clients and maintaining ongoing assessment reviews
• Manage & develop staff team including recruiting, appraisals, training and discplinaries
• Attending regular meetings with senior management team and external stakeholders
• Budget managing and report writing
The ideal candidate must have previous Domiciliary Care experience. An understanding of a range of care packages is highly advantageous. You will have proven history of increasing care hours within a home care setting and managing a compliant service. You will be a confident manager with a good understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
