Registered Manager Trouble shooter RGN or RMN – Based in North Yorkshire

Salary £40k to £50k – Full Time ( depending on experience)

The Role
We have an exciting new role that has become available for a home in the North of Yorkshire area. The home provide care for the Elderly including Dementia. They are looking for someone that has experience in crisis management. You will need to be a qualified nurse with a current PIN must have a full driving licence.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure highest quality of care in the home ensuring the homes care standards are meet

  • Strong experience of running a nursing home
  • Managing and prioritising your time effectively and efficiently
  • A strong understanding of CQC compliance and company s policies and procedures
  • Excellent time management skill with the ability to be adaptable and flexible
  • Experience in trouble shooting crisis management

The Person
The successful person for this role must have a passion working within the health and social care. You will need to be a Registered Nurse RGN RMN with a current PIN and have NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
