We are currently recruiting for a client who is looking for a Residential Manager to manage their lovely, well established nursing home based in the Nottingham area.
The home caters for Elderly patients, offering a caring and supportive environment for those with dementia and age related conditions. The company prides themselves on providing the highest level of care and working as a team in order to do so.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
–Taking full responsibility of running the home.
–Ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are fully and consistently implemented.
–Recruiting and training of staff in order to develop the workforce to meet requirements.
–Ensuring that care plans are being effectively communicated to care workers and that workers understand their responsibilities and duties.
–Taking effective action to address areas of dissatisfaction or poor performance.
– Must have at least 3 years of experience of management practice in a care home.
–Must have a L4/ L5 qualification or be working towards this.
–Must show leadership potential and be patient and personable.
–A Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential for this position
