We are seeking to recruit a Resales Co-Ordinator for a well-established Housing Association Group based in Birmingham.
Based from their prestigious offices in Birmingham and reporting to the Assistant Sales Director, you will be responsible for taking complete ownership of the company’s resales from start to finish including all administration relating to resales.
Liaising with both the seller and the buyer of resale properties, along with estate agents and the seller’s solicitors, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide a friendly, helpful and empathetic service.
The perfect candidate for Resales Co-Ordinator position will have a strong and knowledgeable background of shared ownership resales or leases.
You must have experience of the housing industry and preferably, you will have previously worked within a housing association – although this is not vital. You will have excellent communication, administration and customer service skills.
You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will also be a team player and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best service to every client you are dealing with.

The Basic Salary for the Resales Co-ordinator is within a range of £19,000 – £23,000 dependant on experience.
Office hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm
