We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to manage the South Region of the UK, overseeing services for the elderly.

The Role:
As a Peripatetic Manager you will you will be responsible for the daily running of the homes in the absence of a manager, including performance management of the senior team and delivering a quality service in line with the CQC essential standards, improving the life quality of our customers.
The role also provides an opportunity to manage the home as a business as you will be responsible for managing budgets such as training, staffing and marketing ensuring you work to a business plan.

The Person:
A CQC Registered Manager who can hit the ground running to support care homes in the London, Oxfordshire and South Coast area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make their next career move, the ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of a residential care setting including budget management and performance management of senior teams.
You must have the ability to critically analyse data and solve problems as well as the ability to negotiate and influence others.
Good organisation is essential along with excellent computer, technology and numeracy skills.
You will be an experienced home manager with the following skills / attributes:
-an NVQ Level 4/5 RMA or equivalent in Health and Social Care
-a passion for wanting to continually improve the level of service and maintain this.
-Dedicated to the care of the elderly
-Full Clean UK Driving Licence and own transport is essential.
-Must be extremely flexible to meet the needs of the business
-Must be available to travel to other homes,sometimes at short notice
