We are currently recruiting for a highly respected and well established client who is looking for a Registered Manager for one of their lovely residential homes.
Along with the competitive basic salary that is on offer you will be well supported within your role and be part of a forward thinking, successful company with great opportunities and excellent training.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
–Managing a 15 bedded home for adults with learning disabilities.
–Ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are fully and consistently implemented and run in line with CQC regulations.
–Recruiting and training of staff in order to develop the workforce to meet requirements.
–Ensuring that care plans are being effectively communicated to care workers and that workers understand their responsibilities and duties.
–Taking effective action to address areas of dissatisfaction or poor performance.
–Heavily supporting staff to ensure growth and hit targets.
–Will desirably have a RMA and a Level 4/Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
–Must show leadership potential and be personable with a strong work ethic.
–A Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential for this position as you will be covering four areas.
