Resourcing Lead – Projects & Systems
Based in London (Flexible)

One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially-minded Resourcing Lead. As an integral part of the Resourcing Team and working closely alongside the Head of Resourcing, you would be responsible for the management and delivery of strategic resourcing projects, driving continuous process improvement and playing an important role in the development of the function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR systems professional, skilled in the management of resourcing-related technology such as Advorto and Hollaroo. Liaising and working with stakeholders across the business, you will be tasked with monitoring and enhancing the user experience for all systems, acting as the key liaison with system providers, implementing and developing the company’s digital presence and direct hiring strategy, plus producing an accurate monthly resourcing dashboard.
Regular travel will form a key part of the role as you visit offices around the UK to meet and work with stakeholders across the business. As such the company are flexible regarding location and willing to consider applications from candidates across the UK.
The ideal candidate for the role must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of HR and recruitment processes, technology and systems, excellent project management skills, plus the ability to successfully manage a diverse group of stakeholders and influence at all levels.
You will be an intelligent individual, self-motivated and hard-working, with a flexible and proactive approach plus excellent problem solving skills. The role will require a high levels of organisation, strong relationship management skills, plus the ability to prioritise in a changing landscape.
