Manager – £25,000 – £30,000 plus bonuses
Are you an experienced Retail Manager or Store Manager looking for a change? I’m recruiting for a Management role within a business providing care staff to clients in their own homes and have found that candidates from the retail sector work really well. There are a lot of similarities – staff management, Sales targets and taking ownership of the sales and customer service provided by the Branch – and everything else will be taught to you.
Your core responsibilities will be;
- Managing a large staff team
- Proactively sell the products and services of the company to current and potential clients
- Ensure the delivery of high customer service standards
- Ensuring that the branch is hitting sales targets and maintaining profitability
- Recruitment and retention
- Ensuring that the branch is run in line with company procedures
- You’ll have excellent Leadership and Management skills
- You’ll be commercially aware and have an excellent track record in sales
- You’ll have worked in a Retail / Sales Environment as a Manager
- You’ll be keen to take on a new challenge and be driven by exceeding sales targets
- This is an exciting opportunity to use transferable skills and move into a different sector.
- This post is salaried at £25,000 – £30,000 plus bonuses.
- You’ll receive full training and support and the opportunity to undertake qualifications and further training.
