Sales Administrator
Based in Staines-upon-Thames

The Role
One of the world’s leading producers of high quality fresh and prepared fruit are currently looking to recruit a well-organised and intelligent Sales Administrator at their Staines site. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you would be tasked with providing a high standard of administrative support to the Commercial Team, working to support the ongoing success of the business.

You will be the first point of contact for all external and internal sales administration. Key responsibilities will include processing sales orders, managing stock replenishment, ensuring delivery schedules are met, plus dealing with both customer and consumer queries. You would also provide support to the National Account Managers including completing promotional forms, forecasting, preparing category presentations, plus any other ad hoc tasks as necessary.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, be numerate and comfortable working with and interpreting large volumes of data. You will be familiar with order processing and have experience of working with stock control and warehousing. You will be a flexible and reliable individual with a pro-active approach to carrying out work activities.

You must have a good general education; have experience of working with Microsoft packages, be able to follow written and verbal instructions, with excellent communication skills. You should be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and have a methodical and organised approach to work, both individually and as part of a team.
