We’re looking for a talented Sales Advisor to work for our client in Warrington, a leading construction services business with multi-site operations across the UK and part of a Global organisation with 11,000+ people on multiple continents.
They want to recruit someone with a proven track record of target achievement in an internal sales role or targeted customer service role working with B2B customers. You’ll have an excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communications skills, able to build rapport with customers in a professional manner, teamed with the ability to recognise buying signals and close a sale.

As Sales Advisor and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound sales opportunities to drive revenue growth, meeting and exceeding personal and team key performance metrics/ targets.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Receiving and processing all sales emails and answers inbound sales calls directly from prospect or existing customers with a polite, professional, and prompt manner
– Closing quotes/orders, recommending appropriate products and services through customer needs analysis
– Conducting outbound calls to customers to ensure maximum growth and capture any opportunities
– Generating quotations and orders through in-house database, capturing information accurately and correctly
– Closing sales utilising persuasion techniques when necessary and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities
o A proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs in previous phone-based sales roles
o Resilient, skilled in generating new business, closing sales and developing long standing relationships
o A strategic and commercial approach to your work
o Excellent influencing, negotiating and listening skills are essential
o A problem solver, able to find solutions to commercial questions and articulate them effectively
You will need to be a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, able to liaise and influence at all levels, with strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Basic salary: £23,000 plus OTE of £30,000.
