We’re looking for a talented Sales Consultant to work for our client in Warrington, a leading construction services business with multi-site operations across the UK and part of a Global organisation with 11,000+ people on multiple continents.

Offering a basic salary of £23,000 plus bonus this is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new sales call centre function and play a key role in its development. The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through handling inbound and outbound sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding personal and team key performance metrics/ targets.

Key tasks will include…
– Processing all sales emails and answering inbound sales calls directly from prospect or existing customers
– Closing quotes/orders, recommending appropriate products and services through customer needs analysis
– Conducting outbound calls to customers to ensure maximum growth and capture any opportunities
– Generating quotations and orders through in-house database, capturing information accurately and correctly
– Closing sales utilising persuasion techniques when necessary and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities

The Candidate
– A proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs in previous phone-based sales roles
– Resilient, skilled in generating new business and developing long standing relationships
– Able to build rapport with customers teamed with the ability to recognise buying signals and close a sale
– A strategic and commercial approach to your work
– Excellent influencing, negotiating and listening skills are essential
– A problem solver, able to find solutions to commercial questions and articulate them effectively
– Results-driven individual with strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

The Package
Basic salary: £23,000 plus OTE of £30,000.
