The UK’s leading mobility specialist is currently looking to recruit confident and highly skilled salespeople in Brighton, eager to take control of their career and work on a self-employed basis.

This a self-employed commission only role, suitable candidates can expect to earn well in the role with realistic yearly earnings of £80-85,000. This is realistic OTE however commission is uncapped so the potential is there for the high achievers and highly motivated to earn well in excess of these figures, with the company’s top Sales Consultants earning six figure incomes.

The Role
You will attend pre-arranged appointments with customers in their own homes, individuals with mobility issues who require assistance in their day to day living. You would be expected to quickly gain an understanding of their requirements before demonstrating the relevant products, providing a quote and closing the sale. Appointments are generated through various methods and you will be provided with a maximum of 12 per week. Average conversion rate is 2/3 so earning potential is very realistic.

Training will be a 5 day all expenses paid residential course at a central location. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will also support your development and provider refreshed training as and when needed. Due to the large demo kit that you’re provided with you will be given a van via a leasing system, full details to be discussed at interview.

The Candidate
– A proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs in previous field-based sales roles
– In home direct sales experience is desirable but not essential
– Driven, hungry, and resilient, skilled in closing sales and developing long standing relationships
– A strategic and commercial approach to your work
– Excellent influencing, negotiating and listening skills are essential
– A problem solver, able to find solutions to questions and articulate them effectively
– Driving licence, willingness to travel and willing to undergo a DBS check
