We’re looking for a talented Sales Consultant to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of selling to people over the phone.

If that’s you then you could be exactly what they’re looking for.

Please note: In this position you’ll be needed to work some weekends and occasionally work some shifts in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.

The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director and based in the company’s Birmingham office, as the Sales Consultant you will be primarily responsible for selling ground stabilisation solutions into the general public.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Following up on leads and quotes and convert them into sales – typically over 50 leads a week
– Consultatively selling solutions into the general public
– Achieving and exceeding targets – winning at least 5 orders a week

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Consultant role will have relevant experience of selling to people over the phone.

You’ll also need experience of selling some form of construction based or home based item.

Plus, it’s vital that you’ve got experience of meeting targets.

The ideal person for the role will be the following:
– A good communicator
– Someone who is able to manage their time effectively
– Technically minded

The Package:
Basic salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum
Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £20,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
