For the past 18 years this established business broker has specialised in helping service businesses sell themselves to potential buyers
Due to expansion they now require a business valuer to join them
Your role will be to value businesses that are looking to sell
You will be given 6 appointments a week, these will be companies who are looking to sell their businesses.
Your role will be to visit these companies at Senior Director and owner level ascertain key financial information about them and then put together a valuation for their business
You will then be responsible for following up your valuation to persuade the company to use you and the company to help them sell. The average conversion rate across the business is 30% of appointments so there is a realistic chance of the OTE being achieved and exceeded
Typically you will cover an area which is a 2 hour radius of Bury St Edmunds and you will spend 2 days in the office and 3 days outside the office
The company provide full training on how to value a business
We need someone who is a natural consultative sales professional with good closing skills. Ideally you will either have b2b sales experience or will have estate agency or recruitment consultancy experience. You will be well organised, a team player but motivated and target driven, yet also an integral part of a team. You must hold a clean driving license.
It is highly likely that you will live commutable to Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Cambridge or Colchester
