We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our client, a leading fitout and refurbishment company specialising in education and workspaces.

You would play a key role ensuring school refurbishment projects in London and the surrounding counties are delivered on time and above expectations, supporting the Project Consultant in helping bring cohesion to the internal sales process in an effort to increase revenue and efficiency.
Responsibilities will include…
– Organising samples and preparation that the Project Consultant may need for an appointment
– Taking action points and the project brief from the Project Consultant following their appointment
– Liaising with the client on questions that may arise following the appointment
– Lead on organising the resources necessary to put together a high-quality sales proposal
– Assist in following up the quotation and securing the order
– Researching new tenders and downloading the relevant information for the team to work on
An intelligent, well organised and enthusiastic individual, with sales support experience, looking to develop your skills within a dynamic forward-thinking family run business. Previous experience in the construction or fitout industry would be preferred however is not essential.
You must have excellent organisational skills as well as plenty of initiative and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You will need attention to detail, and the ability to work equally effectively alone and as part of a team. You will be committed to delivering first-rate levels of customer service at all times. IT competency also required.
