You will be primarily responsible for converting incoming leads – telephone and internet – and converting them in to sales.

Based in the company’s Birmingham office, you’ll report to the Sales Manager and will be specifically tasked with hitting agreed KPI and revenue targets and undertaking a consultative sales process – the customer needs to be guided to complete the order.

What experience do I need?

My client wants someone who’s got experience of telesales or direct sales or Outbound Customer Service. They’ll also need you to have experience of increasing the ‘basket value’ of a customer order.

Plus, it’s essential that you’ve got experience of consultative selling – this is not hard closing sales.

We need you to be flexible – there will be a need to work till 9pm from time to time as part of a rolling shift pattern.

What can I earn?

This Sales Executive position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum for the perfect candidate.

On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus of up to £25,000 per annum if you hit your personal targets
