The UK’s largest and leading developer of privately owned retirement property in the UK is currently looking to recruit a confident and proactive Sales Executive in an around the Carlisle area. As part of the company’s ongoing Sales & Marketing Transformation project, and reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing reservations in line with the company’s strategic goals, whilst offering the highest level of customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Sales professional to develop their skills and experience within an industry leading business. Working alongside a team of Customer Support Executives, you would be tasked with responding to enquiries about a property development, qualifying the level of interest and current property situation/affordability before selling the features and benefits of the company’s products. You would be expected to secure reservations from customers by presenting and selling to them in their homes, on the development site or in other mutually convenient locations such as exhibitions and relevant sales events.

Travelling plays a major part in this role so flexibility regarding days and hours worked should be taken into consideration when applying.

The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced and highly motivated Sales professional with a background in property development/real estate. You must have a demonstrable track record of following up and developing leads and enquiries as well as consistently hitting sales targets and KPIs. Some knowledge of the conveyancing process would be an advantage however full training will be provided.

You must be customer relationship and service focused, whilst empathetic, patient and able to identify with the company’s target market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential, as is a professional approach and the ability to use your initiative, multitask and work to deadlines.
