£50K-£55K Achievable OTE £150,000

The Company
Due to our clients continued success & expansion, a role has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to lead, manage, coach and develop the performance of their dynamic sales team in Central London. Working for a global leader in the overseas and UK property industry, you will be leading an existing team of entrepreneurial people who are committed to achieving excellence

The Role
The Sales Manager will be a highly motivated, inspirational individual who can demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills who share our clients vision & passion for property. They are looking for somebody with big ideas that enjoys helping others meet and exceed their targets day in day out. This role is all about energy, confidence and personality and so if you’ve got what it takes, I would like to speak with you. Key responsibilities are below:-

  • Ensure team meet and exceed all KPI’s for sales activity & sales revenue
  • Identifying learning and development opportunities for team including on the job training & coaching recruiting new members to the team
  • To ensure year on year revenue growth and team expansion
  • Advising and closing property deals
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with company partners
  • Ensuring objectives, sales standards, processes & structures are embedded throughout

The person:

  • Minimum of 3 years Sales Manager experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets as an individual and as a leader
  • An entrepreneurial approach, enthusiasm & positive attitude
  • Strong sales & people management skills including performance management
  • Ability to manage, monitor & suggest improvements for key success
  • An excellent & persuasive communicator at all levels
  • Analytical approach with a solid understanding of sales
  • Thrive on taking on responsibility and new challenges
  • Able to work under pressure to produce results


  • c£55,000
  • Basic plus generous commission and bonus package (OTE 150K)
