A unique and challenging opportunity has arisen within our customers cloud based software business for someone who has a proven sales track record, who is vibrant and who enjoys building genuine rapport with new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both account management and new business development, and is keen to work in a young, exciting but rapidly expanding business where they can make their mark and grow with the business. It is a must that you are a natural at building rapport and long term relationships with clients and have the initiative to do this with minimum supervision. You will need to be confident and highly motivated to succeed and you won’t be afraid of picking up the phone to new people and will be comfortable meeting clients from all levels within organisations face-to-face and closing the deal accordingly.
Candidates need to be able to demonstrate both in their CV and at interview the following at a very high level:
· Experience of account management and sales strategy setting
· Closing the deal – strong negotiation skills
· Business acumen with a strong personal presence
· Good computer skills
· The ability to learn new skills quickly
· A positive attitude towards achievement, sales and client relationship management
· Superb communication skills both written and oral
Experience in working in a software sales arena is desirable although you will be provided with extensive training of our client’s products. £25,000 – £30,000 (Up to £60,000 per annum OTE)
