One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently looking to recruit two accomplished Secretaries for their Leeds office. As part of either the Tax Team or the Accounting & Business Advisory Team, you would be tasked with providing enthusiastic, efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to Partners and staff alike.
Key responsibilities will include…
– extensive typing up of correspondence, both audio and copy, including reports, draft letters, presentations and proposals, ensuring all typed documents meet with the firm’s quality control standards
– assisting in fee preparation and processing as required
– ensuring the CRM is consistently up to date
– making travel and meeting arrangements
– fielding telephone enquiries and liaising with clients, dealing with all incoming mail, as well as handling other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required by your team.
The ideal candidate will be supremely well organised with experience of providing high quality administrative support within a large national firm. Quick and accurate typing skills are essential, ideally minimum 60wpm, as well as an in depth knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You must be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload appropriately, plus an excellent eye for detail and a methodical and professional approach. You will be a strong communicator with good IT skills with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
