I am seeking a heavy hitting Business Development Manager to sell ‘big ticket’ enterprise level software into one of the key vertical sectors of Automotive, Consumer Goods, F&B, Industrial or Pharma / Sciences
Working for a major, international, blue chip software organisation, this position will focus on their highly innovative, market leading ERP software
Location is flexible as the role covers both the UK and Europe as we all offering you the opportunity to travel to the US parent company too.
This is a primarily new business sales role focusing on selling their Enterprise Software into both new and installed customers.
Mainly communicating at C and Director level you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
You will have internal resources such as Pre-sales, Technical and Marketing at your disposal throughout the sales process.
The Senior Business Development Manager will have a proven track record pitching enterprise level software solutions at a senior level.
You will need to have done this within a specific market segment as detailed above.
The role will cover the UK and EMEA so you must be willing to travel abroad as well as in the UK.
We require someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to sell an enterprise software solution at a Senior Director / C-level.
You will be able to work autonomously, plus also have the capacity to work with Managers and Section Leaders within internal departments too
