We’re looking for a talented Senior Carer to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with a background in an elderly care role, at least 12 months.

Please note: In this position you’ll be needed to work at weekends and night shifts.
As the Senior Carer you will be primarily responsible for managing the care of the residents during the night.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Responding to the needs of the residents
– Administering medication to residents
– Helping residents to get ready for bed
– Cleaning duties around the home
The standard working hours for this position are 8pm – 8am (night shift) – 3 days on, 3 days off.
The ideal candidate for this Senior Carer role will have relevant experience of an elderly care role, at least 12 months. You’ll also need experience of administering medication.
In addition, you’ll need the following:
– A Level 3 in Health and Social Care
– A First Aid Certificate
– Good organisational skills
– Empathy and understanding
– To be a productive member of the team
– To be able to complete cleaning duties
