Senior HR Consultant
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Excellent Benefits
As one of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking to recruit a number of experienced HR professionals as Consultants for our rapidly expanding HR consultancy division. Reporting to the Head of Consulting, you would be responsible for delivering high quality and issues focused HR solutions as well as carrying out bespoke projects on behalf of a range of clients.
You would play an important role in the ambitious growth plans of this exciting function as well as develop the skills already gained within previous high profile consulting roles. Key responsibilities will include…
• Lead client relationships, advising on all aspects of HR offering and delivering a first class service
• Develop key priority action plans for every clients, detailing the HR services to be delivered
• Work on a variety of ad hoc projects including employee surveys, leadership development etc
• Deliver a high quality end to end recruitment services on behalf of clients
As someone committed to delivering outstanding levels of service you would be expected to maintain and update your knowledge of HR and ER legislation, as well as interact with your fellow consultants, sharing expertise and pulling on each other’s experiences.
The ideal candidate for the role will be a CIPD qualified HR professional with generalist experience gained within a multi-site environment. Experience leading HR projects and providing a high level of service within the HR consultancy arena will be an advantage while demonstrable expertise in UK employment law, recruitment, plus learning and development will also be required
