Senior HR Systems Advisor
Based in Crawley, West Sussex

As one of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies we are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Systems Advisor at our Crawley office. Working closely alongside the National HR Manager for Systems & Shared Services, you would play a key role in the support, development and maintenance of HR and Development systems and processes across the business.

Systems will include the HR database, learning management system, flexible benefits systems, salary review software, plus various intranet sites. You would act as the senior point of contact for systems related queries, investigating and resolving issues where possible and escalating when not, running regular training sessions on current systems for the HR & Development team, both remotely and in person at regional team meetings.

You would also be expected to take the lead on identifying and actioning upgrades, developments and enhancements required to current systems. This will include ensuring updates are fit for purpose and considering all potential impacts, liaising with key stakeholders, carrying out thorough testing, implementation and communication of all changes and providing relevant training.

The ideal candidate for the role must have a proven track record in a senior systems role, ideally within a fast-paced HR environment. You will be an intelligent and influential individual, able to identify and instigate change and process improvement, with a strong aptitude for data collation, report production and analysis.

You will be a well organised and hard-working individual, with excellent multi-tasking ability plus a flexible and proactive approach plus excellent problem solving skills. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise and build relationships at many levels.

With almost 3500 partners and staff across 35 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million you would be joining a forward thinking mid-market accountancy firm at a particularly interesting time.
